Saul has graduated from Yeshiva University with a BA in finance. Over the past seven years, Saul has closed over $110,000,000 of real estate transactions in the New York & New Jersey areas. He first worked for Hirshmark Capital in Manhattan, gaining much experience on the financing side of real estate, and was promoted to VP of Asset Management and Loan Due Diligence within his first year. After Hirshmark, Saul decided to grow his family portfolio, investing in real estate in northern NJ. There he gained in depth knowledge by managing construction projects, acquiring new properties, and managing the real estate portfolio.
